Except as expressly provided in this policy, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind," buyer’s remorse, or accidental purchases.

2. Latent Defects Exception
We stand behind the quality of our products. A refund or replacement will only be issued if the item is found to have a latent defect.

Definition: A latent defect is a hidden flaw or manufacturing fault that was present at the time of sale but could not have been discovered through a reasonable inspection by the customer.

Timeframe: Any claim regarding a latent defect must be submitted by email to caninedetectionservice@gmail.com within 30 days of the original purchase date.

3. Claims Process
To report a latent defect, please follow these steps:

Evidence: Provide clear photos or video evidence demonstrating the defect.

Inspection: We reserve the right to inspect the item to verify that the issue is a genuine manufacturing defect and not the result of normal wear and tear, misuse, or external damage.

4. Resolution
If a latent defect is confirmed, Canine Detection Services will, at its sole discretion:

Repair the item;

Replace the item with an identical product; or

Issue a full refund to the original payment method.
